Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)
Ahold Delhaize is temporary using two MFA tools: Global MFA (Microsoft) and Local MFA (One-Time Password). This means that for most applications you may have to log in with the new MFA tool, and for some other applications still need the old MFA tool.
Global MFA is the new Microsoft MFA tool implemented in 2020. You will recognize when to login with the Global MFA tool, when you see the Microsoft logo on your screen. E.g. when logging on to Office 365 or MyHR Connect.
- To register for Global MFA, or to change your MFA method or your mobile phone number, go to Microsoft MFA
- For more information on how to register for Global MFA, search for MFA on your portal for instructions, e.g. in NL search in SAM portal.
- Make sure you are registered for this MFA method as Local MFA will go away soon.
Local MFA is the One-Time Password tool that was implemented before 2020. You will recognize when to login with the Local MFA tool, when you see the standard Ahold Delhaize login page with the image with grapes.
- To change your MFA method or your mobile phone number, go to One-Time Password.
- You can only register for local MFA when connected to the corporate network, either in HQ, Store or on VPN.
Local MFA is needed for applications like Verzuimsignaal, Airwatch (EMMA), Coupa EU, E-Returns, G4S. Expand using the plus to see the complete list.
